Shipping

Once payment has been received for an order your proof for approval prior to final printing will be emailed to you. Once approved by you your chosen piece will be ready for despatch within 6-8 working days. Busier times of the year, such as December and Summer holidays, order preparation can take longer. 

Dispatch is by two shipping methods: - An Post or DPD Courier Service. 

 

Or select Contactless Collection from the Studio in Rosetown, Newbridge, Kildare. Pick Up Day is Friday from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. You will be notified the day before your order is ready to be collected from the studio. Please make sure your email is correct. 

Shipping Charges are calculated and added during Checkout.

Unframed A5 and A4  Illustrations are shipped via AN POST

Delivery times vary, generally, An Post takes in 2-3 working days within Ireland..

However, these lead-time can extend quite significantly at busier times such as December.

A3 Unframed and All Framed Pieces are shipped with DPD COURIER

All Framed pieces are shipped by DPD Courier, unless shipping is to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South America (Which are only sent by anPost). This door-to-door, tracked, timed service is reflective of the value of the larger sized illustrations where a fully managed delivery is most suitable. You can expect delivery 1-2 days from date of despatch from our Studio within Ireland .

Return & Exchange Policy

Your happiness and satisfaction with your Fiadh + Finn purchase is so important to me.  If for any reason you wish to return a piece you have purchased, your first action should always be to make contact with me directly. 

I am very approachable (Ipromise!) and can arrange a discussion with you at a time convenient to you.

If I have made an error when creating your order, I will ship a corrected replacement, along with apologies, as a matter of priority.

If there is any damage to a piece, which may have occurred during transit, I can discuss this and work out a solution.

If you have made an error in the personalisation details you supplied when you placed your order, that order cannot be refunded as it is now personalised and cannot be resold by us. I will however offer a discounted rate to recreate a corrected order, should you so wish.
